There is a new Alpharetta sub shop that is now offering The Grainless Baker's fabulous sub rolls! Thanks to Ryan B. for posting this exciting news to the celiac listserv! I spoke to the owner who explained the measures they take to protect from cross contamination issues. They put the bread on clean foil to run through their conveyor toaster and have a separate dedicated area to make gluten-free sandwiches. Please be advised that I have not yet eaten at the restaurant and don't know anyone else who has. Always ask the right questions when dining out gluten-free.
