An NYC Celiac Meetup member recently told me she got really sick after eating at a GFRAP restaurant. This wasn't the first time either. The staff said they would investigate but she really got no answers. <br /><br />It really is up to the consumer to be diligent about asking and reasking questions to both the waitstaff and management. We...Just as a follow up - our wedding was 5.2.2009<br /><br />We used Little Red Hen for some personal cakes, but not for the wedding cake.<br /><br />We didn't care for the Mark Fitch guy.<br /><br />We ended up going with Perfect Wedding Cake in Marietta, Georgia. Plus, it's nice to go to a store and buy "normal" food at "normal" prices instead of some of the outrageous prices we pay for other things.<br /><br />The gluten free bisquick is perfect for pancakes. Don't knock it until you try it. MUCH lighter and less work than Bob's Red Mill pancakes AND you don't have to add buttermilk to make them taste like pancakes. As of last week, there were three copies left in the front magazine display at the Duluth, GA location. The back rack near the pizza counter was out of them, but they did have Living Without there which is another great publication.
